Terms and Conditions: Albany Lettings New Landlord £500 Cashback Offer

1. Introduction
Albany Lettings is pleased to offer a £500 cashback incentive to new landlords who sign up for our property management services. This offer is subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the £500 cashback, landlords must meet the following conditions:

The landlord must be a new client of Albany Lettings.

The landlord must not have used Albany Lettings' services in the past 24 months.

The landlord must sign a property management agreement for a minimum term of 24 months.

3. Offer Details

The £500 cashback will be processed after the first 30 days of active property management.

Albany Lettings will contact the landlord after 30 days to arrange the transfer of the cashback.

The cashback is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

4. Cancellation Policy

If the landlord terminates the property management agreement before the 24-month period is complete, they will be required to repay the full £500 value of the cashback.

The repayment will be due immediately upon cancellation.

5. General Terms

Albany Lettings reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

The offer is only applicable for property management services and does not extend to let-only services or any other services provided by Albany Lettings.

In cases of dispute, Albany Lettings' decision shall be final.
