Andrew specialises in managing and developing high-performing teams through hands-on coaching, support, and strategic guidance.

By fostering a collaborative environment and mentoring staff in key areas like compliance, customer service, and market insights, Andrew ensures his team is empowered to achieve their full potential in line with our company culture. Andrew's goal is to drive growth, maintain high standards, and exceed client expectations while navigating the complexities of the Scottish rental market. Andrew has been brought in to successfully manage the most recent acquisition of Ace Lettings to standard and streamline the service.

Andrew is both ARLA and CIH qualified.

Nicola Robertson Bdes Hons

Nicola graduated with an honours degree in Interior Architecture from Edinburgh Napier University in 2012.

Nicola joined Albany Lettings as Branch Manager with a wealth of property management experience and a natural flair for developing and sustaining relationships. Following the acquisition of Ace Lettings, and the subsequent portfolio growth, Nicola moved into a Business Development role to further propel the company's market share through new business opportunities.

Nicola has successfully completed her LETWELL accredited course which was one of the first courses available for letting agents.

Michelle originally joined Ace Property in 2009 prior to it being acquired by Albany Lettings. Michelle has ample experience working in different roles in estate agency, lettings and financial services.

With a career in property spanning several years, Michelle's main role as Accounts Manager is in the financial side of the business dealing with rental and contractor payments.

Michelle is CIH qualified and is also responsible for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

Bethany Watt

Bethany joined Albany Lettings in 2022 with already having experience in the property industry. Bethany is responsible for overseeing the lettings service that Albany Lettings has to offer and helping guide others in providing the best service possible. Bethany's friendly, helpful attitude means that we get the best tenants for our landlord and retain many of them on a long term basis.

Bethany has completed her ARLA exams, NFoPP Residential Lettings and Property Management Level 6, which adds to her knowledge of the industry.

Shaun McCafferty

Shaun joined the Albany team as a property manager after returning back to Edinburgh after touring through Asia and settling in Australia for a year. Shaun has a wealth of experience in business management and customer service. Shaun's primary focus of his role is managing maintenance. Shaun is responsible for conducting inspections, generating move-ins/out reports and tasking contractors accordingly.

Shaun is also ARLA qualified after successfully completing his NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 6 award.

Jess Chambers

Jess is responsible for managing all aspects of her property portfolio to ensure the properties are being cared for in the best way possible. Jess particularly enjoys developing and cultivating relationships with tenants and landlords, them knowing their tenancy and property are in safe hands with us.

Jess is currently working towards her NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 6 award.

Martin Peters

Martin is currently working towards his NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 6 award.

Charlotte Reid

Charlotte joined Albany Lettings with 8 years experience in the property industry. Charlotte is responsible for managing all aspects of her property portfolio to ensure the properties are being cared for in the best way possible. Charlotte is the first point of contract for repairs and inspections.

Charlotte is currently working towards her NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 6 award.

Marcus Riba-Segues

Marcus originally joined Ace Lettings in 2018, prior to the acquisition. Marcus took the lead of the lettings side of the business for a few years but has since transitioned into managing the compliance of the entire portfolio. Marcus ensures the relevant safety certificates are kept up to date, and any associated maintenance work is completed.

Marcus is ARLA qualified - Propertymark Qualifications Award in Residential Letting and Management at SCQF Level 6.

Holly Wilkinson

Holly joined us as a Property Agent with a strong background in insurance broking, specialising in the commercial and corporate sectors for over six years during which she gained her Cert CII.

Holly is now also working towards attaining her ARLA qualification in Residential Letting and Property Management.

Her current role includes organising and conducting viewings, liaising with landlords and tenants, carrying out reference checks and marketing new properties.

Jock Clement

Letting Agent

Jock is employed as a letting agent and is responsible for a range of tasks including viewings to leases with the focus on referencing. Jock strives to maintain excellent relationships with both landlords and new tenants who haven't rented with us before to ensure a smooth process for both the landlord and tenant. Jock provides current and up to date marketing feedback on a weekly basis to our landlords so they are updated on the progress of their property.

Jock is currently working towards his NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 6 award.
