Eligibility

This offer is exclusively for current clients of Albany Lettings.

To qualify, you must have been a client with Albany Lettings for at least three months before referring a friend.

Referral Criteria

The referred friend must not have been a client of Albany Lettings in the past 12 months.

The referred friend must successfully sign up for our managed service to qualify.

Benefits

Upon a successful referral, both the referrer (existing client) and the referred friend (new client) will receive three months of free property management services.

If you are a portfolio landlord, the 3 months of free management will be applied to the property with the highest monthly management fee.

This offer can only be redeemed once per referred friend. However, as a referrer, you can refer multiple friends and receive multiple rewards!

Terms and Conditions

This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Only existing Albany Lettings clients who meet the eligibility criteria can participate in this program.

The offer is valid only once per referrer and per referral pair. You cannot refer the same person more than once.
